that's a fantastic style, any influence from Mexican art?

No, I'm guessing theres inspiration there for me to find. I previously drew a cat in this style, and I had the image of a weasel too. No idea where it came from, but I like straight lines. it feels good to draw :p
Thanks for the comment :)
the texture at the edges is absolutely awesome! how'd you do that?
It's part of the brush texture, kind of hard to explain. it's like blending except instead of colors it's the brush texture
that shit's cute
Hahaha, thanks a lot!
how do you do create something like this where there's not line work, it's just shapes that make up the characters? but if explaining gives away your secret then no worries.
Well I actually use a program, Macromedia Flash 4. I don't use a tablet or anything, I just make lines and bend them, then color and texture. But there is line work at the start. I just remove it after everything has been colored before moving on with the texture work. :) It's usually as simple as double clicking everything on a single layer and poof.
You might like some of Gustav Klimt's art? I dunno. great job though!
I wasn't familiar with him when I drew this but a few people have mentioned this to me ahahah. His work is great. Thank you ! ^u^
really great highlights on Harley's hat for example.
Thank you! :)
kinda reminds me of Rene Magritte's art a tad.
Love this style!! the colours and use of shape rather than line work are perfect!!
Thank you so much!! I've been trying out something new and I'm glad it turned out well!! Love the feedback! Thank you!!
Love the streaky, sketchy effect from both watercolour and ink! some parts look tea stained, love it.
Haha thank you appreciate it☺️
damn, that's awesome! great direction of light! the texture also reminds me of old traditional oil paintings (Renaissance etc)
Thanks a lot :)
